Rules for using EscortsinMalta and purchasing digital advertising/listing services.
1. Platform service
EscortsinMalta is an adult-only online advertising and profile-listing directory. The platform sells digital advertising, listing visibility and promotional placement. It does not provide, broker, arrange or collect payment for appointments or offline services advertised by independent third parties.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and meet any higher minimum age that applies in your jurisdiction, to access adult sections, create an advertiser account, submit a listing or purchase advertising.
3. Independent advertisers
Advertisers and agencies are independent users. Their profile content, availability, services, prices and communications are their responsibility. A listing does not create employment, agency, partnership or endorsement by EscortsinMalta.
4. Accuracy, identity and consent
Advertisers must provide materially accurate information and must have the legal right and documented consent required to publish all submitted text, photographs and media. EscortsinMalta may request age, identity, authority and consent evidence before or after publication.
5. Prohibited use
Content or activity involving minors, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual material, illegal activity, impersonation, stolen media, misleading identity claims, violence, weapons or other content prohibited by applicable law, card-brand rules or payment-processor requirements is not permitted.
6. Moderation
Listings and uploaded content may be reviewed before publication and monitored afterwards. EscortsinMalta may reject, hide, suspend or remove content while a complaint, safety issue or compliance concern is investigated.
7. Advertising plans and payment
All payments to EscortsinMalta are for digital advertising/listing services only. Before checkout, the price, advertising period and whether a payment is one-time or recurring must be displayed clearly. Recurring billing is not active unless it is expressly offered and separately accepted by the customer.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Complaints and removal
Anyone may report illegal, non-consensual, infringing or otherwise prohibited content through Complaints & Content Removal. A person depicted in content may request removal and review.
10. Enforcement
EscortsinMalta may restrict or terminate an account or listing for breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, failure to provide verification, legal/safety risk, or payment-processor/card-brand compliance requirements.
11. Intellectual property
Advertisers retain rights they lawfully hold in submitted content and grant EscortsinMalta the permissions reasonably necessary to host, resize, display and distribute that content while operating and promoting the listing.
12. Liability and availability
The platform may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, EscortsinMalta is not responsible for independent transactions, communications or offline conduct between visitors and advertisers. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malta, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that may apply.
14. Changes and support
