Advertiser Terms
Additional rules for independent advertisers and agencies.
1. Independent relationship
Advertisers purchase online advertising/listing services. EscortsinMalta does not employ advertisers, set their offline terms, collect payment for appointments or become a party to arrangements between advertisers and visitors.
2. Adults only and identity
Advertisers must be 18 or older and provide accurate identity/age information when requested. Agencies must have authority to manage every profile they submit.
3. Consent and rights
Before uploading media, the advertiser must have the legal right to use it and documented authority/consent from every person depicted. All depicted persons must be consenting adults aged 18 or older. Relevant age, identity, consent and record-keeping evidence must be retained and supplied when lawfully requested for compliance review.
4. Pre-publication review
Submitted profiles, text and media may be reviewed before publication. EscortsinMalta may request further verification, reject material, restrict features or remove content that presents legal, consent, exploitation, trafficking, payment-card or safety concerns.
5. Prohibited content
Content involving minors, non-consensual activity, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, illegal activity, deceptive identity claims, stolen media, violence, weapons or other prohibited material is not permitted. Attempts to evade moderation may result in immediate suspension.
6. Accurate advertising
Profile descriptions, photographs, area/location, services, pricing and contact information must be materially accurate and kept up to date.
7. Complaints cooperation
Advertisers must cooperate promptly with verification, complaints and content-removal investigations. Content may be hidden while a complaint is investigated.
8. Paid visibility
Paid plans purchase digital visibility only. They do not guarantee profile views, contacts, bookings, revenue or any offline outcome beyond the features expressly described for the plan.
9. Enforcement and review
EscortsinMalta may suspend or remove a listing/account for compliance or safety reasons. Advertisers may contact listingmalta@proton.me with relevant evidence to request review.
